Linens4Less.com REFUND Policy
- Please allow 1-2 business days for the request to be processed, we will notify you via email. (Check your spam folder)
- The color of the actual product may be slightly different. We've made every effort to represent images of our products accurately. Due to the wide range of computer monitors and color displays, however, you should consider the colors you see on your screen to be representational.
- Pictures may sometimes vary from actual item. All sizes listed are approximate.
- Please do not simply send the order back as some orders may need to be returned to a different address from where it was originally shipped.
- All returns without Return Authorization #s will be REFUSED
- We cannot accept returns if merchandise is used or washed.
- We cannot accept returns on sheets, sleeping pillows or mattress covers due to Board of Health regulations.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and MUST be returned in its original resaleable condition and packaging.
- Returns received that are not in resalable condition can be charged up to a 50% restocking fee. "Resalable condition" is determined solely by Linens4Less.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and then issue a refund. Items returned that do not meet these criteria will be abandoned or may be returned at customer's request and expense..
- We will issue a REFUND within 10 business days for the merchandise only (Shipping charges are nonrefundable)
- Items which are marked "Final Sale" or “Reduced for Clearance” are non-returnable.
- All costs related to return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer.
To Process a Return
To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and then go to:
My Account >>>
- Under the Manage My Account section scroll down to >>>
- Completed Orders and click on the Return Item(s) button
- Now select the products you want to return using Qty. to Return.
- Click on Submit Return Request.
