Return Policy
  • Please allow 24 hours for request to be processed.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by us and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # given. DO NOT simply send the order back. (all returns without Return Authorization #s will be REFUSED)
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will NOT accept returns if merchandise is used or washed.
  • Items MUST be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • Due to Health Department rules, we cannot accept returns on OPEN packages of sheets, pillowcases, and toilet seats.
  • Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a REFUND for the merchandise only .
  • Sorry, we will NOT credit you for the shipping costs that you paid to have the order shipped and we will NOT reimburse you for the shipping cost incurred by you to return the merchandise.
